1. Where will the Summit be held?
The Workplace Equity Summit will be hosted at the iconic New York Stock Exchange located at 18 Broad Street in New York, NY.
2. How do I enter the building?
NYSE entry instructions:
Please arrive at the external security checkpoint located in the white tent at 18 Broad Street at the corner of Broad Street and Exchange Place. All guests are required to show a government-issued photo ID (i.e., valid driver’s license or passport) and go through airport-like security upon entering the NYSE.
Important note: Many of the streets surrounding the NYSE are not open to vehicular traffic. If arriving by car, please arrive at Broadway and Wall Street. Guests should walk down Wall Street, make a right on Broad Street (the NYSE will be to your right), and continue across the front of the building to the external security checkpoint in the white tent at 18 Broad Street (at the corner of Broad Street and Exchange Place).
3. Who will be there?
Summit is an exclusive, by-invitation event. We’ve curated a group of up to 180 CEOs, CHROs, VPS from HR, and Legal Counsels who will be in attendance.
4. Is there a cost to attend, and what is included?
The event is fully hosted, so there is no registration cost to the attendees. However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations. The reception on Thursday evening, April 20 will include cocktails and heavy food stations. Friday’s Summit attendees will enjoy light breakfast bites, a specialty coffee and fresh juice bar, and a group lunch.
5. Where should I stay?
There are several hotels in the Battery close to the New York Stock Exchange. Our room block at The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel is sold out however you can still book directly on their website. We've secured a second room block at a local boutique Hotel 50 Bowery located one mile from the New York Stock Exchange. The discounted rate is $309+applicable taxes and you can book via this link. Please note, the daily destination fee is complimentary for our group and you will not be charged. The deadline to book is April 8, 2023. 6. What is the attire for the event?
The New York Stock Exchange dress code is business professional.
7. I’d like to recommend a colleague for attendance. Who should I reach out to?

8. I am registered to attend the event, and I will be bringing a plus one to the cocktail event Thursday evening. Can I also have my guest attend the Summit on Friday?
Unfortunately, space is limited at the Summit and we cannot accommodate additional guests at this time.
9. Will the session content be shared post-event?
Attendees will receive a curated bundle of actionable content to support their onsite experience.
